SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Regions:

We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Please contact our customer service for specific international shipping inquiries.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Delivery Time:

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. specific International shipping times may vary depending upon availability

 

Carriers:

We use a variety of carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

 

Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY

Return Period:

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Condition:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
